If Maryland directs public funds collected from illegal gambling activities to the Digital Asset Reserve Fund for cryptocurrency investment, what would your district give up as a result?

Hint: consider what benefits your constituents might receive if those public funds were invested directly in your assigned policy portfolio (Environment, Energy, or Transportation) instead.
